Up to 120 Days to Experience the Perfect Mattress
China Towne Furniture & Mattress understands the importance of finding the right mattress for your comfort and well-being. That's why we offer a comprehensive Mattress Comfort Return Program, allowing you up to 120 days to try your new mattress and ensure your satisfaction.
Participating Brands and Terms:
We proudly participate in Comfort Exchange Programs for the following mattress brands, in accordance with the manufacturers' comfort return guidelines. It's important to note that each manufacturer has unique terms and conditions tailored to their products.
Maintaining Eligibility:
To qualify for the Comfort Exchange Program, please ensure that the law label tags sewn to the foot of your mattress remain attached throughout the trial period. Additionally, to keep your mattress in a clean and sanitary condition, the purchase of a mattress protector is required.
Adjustment Period:
We understand that it takes time for both the materials of your new mattress to settle and your body to adjust to a new feel. Please allow a few weeks of sleeping on your mattress for the optimal experience.
Serta iComfort, iComfort Eco & iComfort Hybrids:
Serta offers a 120-day Comfort Return Guarantee for iComfort mattresses. The following guidelines apply:
- The purchaser must use their new iComfort mattress for a minimum of 30 days to allow for proper break-in of the comfort materials.
- After the initial 30-day trial period, if the purchaser is not satisfied with the comfort of their mattress, they may return it and select any Serta or iComfort mattress set available at China Towne Furniture & Mattress.
- If the customer chooses a mattress set of lower value, the price difference between the sets will be retained as a store credit. For a higher-priced model, the customer will need to pay the price difference before delivery/exchange of the new mattress.
- Please note that any damage to the mattress being exchanged will void the 120-day return offer. Damages include stains, rips, cuts, and burns.
- We strongly recommend purchasing a quality mattress protector to maintain the validity of your return guarantee.
- Pillows, mattress protectors, and adjustable bases are non-returnable.
- An exchange fee of $99 (local) will be charged for the selection of a new mattress. For areas outside our local delivery zones, an additional mileage charge will apply.
Simmons, Mattress 1st, Goldbond, Bedgear & Enso (Mattress Only):
For any mattress with a value of $599 or more, we offer a 30-Day Comfort Exchange. Please follow these guidelines:
- Allow for sufficient break-in time for the comfort materials by keeping the mattress for a minimum of 10 days.
- If, within 30 days of delivery, you are not satisfied with the comfort of your mattress, you may return it and select any other mattress available at China Towne Furniture & Mattress.
- Choosing a lower-priced model will result in the price difference being retained as a store credit, while a higher-priced model will require payment of the price difference prior to delivery/exchange.
- Any damage to the exchanged item will void the 30-Day Comfort Exchange offer, including stains, rips, cuts, and burns.
- To maintain the validity of your return guarantee, a quality mattress protector must be purchased from China Towne Furniture & Mattress.
- Pillows, mattress protectors, and adjustable bases are non-returnable.
- An exchange fee of $199 (local) will be charged, covering the re-delivery of the new mattress, as well as the pick-up and inspection of the returning mattress. For areas outside our local delivery zones, an additional mileage charge will apply.

RETURN POLICY & TERMS:
PAYMENTS:

Balances must be paid in full or fully financed prior to scheduling pick-up or delivery. Merchandise must be picked up or scheduled for delivery within 2 weeks of arrival. Items can be held for 30 days or less when paid in full.
CUSTOM ORDERS:

Items ordered in fabric, finish, or option that are not on display are custom orders.

30% non-refundable deposit is required, before items may be ordered.

We will provide an approximate arrival time, based on average time when order is placed and may vary.

We will provide periodic updates on order status. Manufacturer delays will not invalidate these orders.
WAREHOUSE PICK-UP:

On-site warehouse pick-up items are securely wrapped and unassembled.

Assembly service is available for $19 per item, with 48-hour notice, at 315-488-0419.

We may assist in loading items into your vehicle and are not responsible for securing items to your vehicle, or damages that occur as a result of transportation.
IN-HOME WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY:

Includes set up and assembly of new items positioned into a room of your choice.

2-hour estimated time of arrival for the day of delivery is provided the evening before via phone call, text and email (if applicable).

You may reserve a specific 2-hour delivery time slot for $25 at least 48 hours prior.

Driveways, sidewalks, rooms and pathways must be cleared for delivery (snow removal required).

If the delivery team feels damages may occur, a hard delivery waiver must be signed. For safety, our delivery team must wear shoes at all times.
RETURN POLICY:

Items that will not fit into your home may be returned in original condition, without damage, within 48 hours.

To be eligible for return, you are required to return picked up or dropped off at your door items in original packaging, or you may purchase a delivery return pick-up service.

Delivered items will incur an additional delivery fee to inspect and pick up.

Returned items will incur a 15% re-stocking fee.

Special orders and Mattresses are non-returnable items (see Mattress Comfort Exchange Policy).
